Monday, August 21st, 2006   Japanese peace delegation arrives in Seattle - they will be at the Buto performance, then will be in Tacoma meeting with peace groups on August 22nd.

Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006   Olympia City Council greet the Japanese Peace Delgation.  
Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006 All day Japanese Peace Delegation plan to meet with South Sound peace groups  
Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006   Nuclear Free Olympia 1st Anniversary Party - Outdoor concert, a community celebration to mark the first anniversary of passage of the Olympia Nuclear Free Zone ordinance.

 

Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006   Dana Lyons concert - watch for the shock troops of the bovine herd in South Sound.  4 legs - good, 2 legs - bad.  George Orwell from Animal Farm.   
August 24, 2006   Japanese Peace Delegation travel to Bangor to meet with Ground Zero and then on to Seattle to return to Japan on August 25th, 2006  
Thursday, September 21st, 2006   United Nations International Day of Peace.  Showing of the film "Peace One Day" as a fundraiser for enforcement of the Olympia Nuclear Free Ordinance
